Call us

Tell our dispatcher the city, the room, and how long it has been running. We take it from there.

Mud instead of tap water? Stay out of it while it is still raining. A slope that moved once will move again. And the clock is real: the EPA gives wet material 24 to 48 hours before mold starts.

We pull the water, dry the walls and floors, and show you the readings that prove it. Ventura County, any hour, from $61 an hour. (805) 427-9039.

Where we go

Ten incorporated cities and the unincorporated ground between them. Oxnard is where the pin sits, and nobody in the county gets told they are outside the zone.

What do you actually do?

Six jobs, and the sixth is the one most companies skip: we rebuild.

We stop water damage and the mold it turns into. We clean up after fire and smoke, storm damage and sewage. Then we build the rooms back: framing, drywall, paint, doors, cabinets, floor.

Same crew start to finish: the people who cut the wet drywall out hang the new sheet.

Who shows up, and how far do you come?

Our own crews, in our own trucks, anywhere in Ventura County.

Oxnard is home. The other nine cities get the same dispatcher and rate card. On the coast, Ventura and Port Hueneme. Inland, Camarillo, Moorpark and Simi Valley. Up the river, Santa Paula and Fillmore. Then Ojai and Thousand Oaks.

Nobody in this county is told they are out of range. Who we are takes two minutes to read.

How much does the first visit cost?

Nothing. The visit and the written scope are free, and you owe us nothing for them.

A technician reads the meters and separates what is holding water from what only looks bad. You get the scope in writing. Keep it, or hand it to someone else.

The drying runs by the hour. Water damage starts at $61 an hour; emergency, fire, mold and sewage work starts at $90 an hour. The cost page shows what moves the number.

Do you also put the house back together?

Yes. Whoever cut the wet wall out is who hangs the new one.

Once the readings hold dry, the same crew chief frames, hangs board, textures and paints. Then the cabinets and the floor go back.

The rebuild is one written figure, settled before anyone lifts a saw. California law will not let a home improvement job be sold by the hour.

What happens after you leave?

Dry walls, closed rooms, and a folder your insurance company can read.

The folder holds the photos, the daily readings and the list of what left the property. We do not decide the claim; the carrier does, off that folder. We do not sign the inspection; the city does.

Questions before you call? Ask on the contact page.

Rather write it than talk? Leave it here and we call you back.

The number is the part that matters. The rest just tells us which crew to send and how far up the road they are going.

When we leave, the meters read dry, the walls are closed, and the only thing left of that night is the paperwork. Call (805) 427-9039.
